We deliver to every UK postcode, split into four zones measured from our Gretna base: Zone 1 Core Area — within a 35-mile radius (no surcharge), Zone 2 Extended Area — 35–60 miles (+£20 flat), Zone 3 Deep Coverage — 60–100 miles (+£35 flat), and Zone 4 Nationwide / Out of Area — 100+ miles (+£50 out-of-area fee). Absolutely. Business accounts let you book on account, receive monthly invoiced statements, and manage all your deliveries from a dedicated dashboard. Apply via the "Business Portal" link in the navigation — your account number is generated automatically once approved.
You'll need pickup and delivery addresses (including postcodes), contact names and phone numbers for both ends, your preferred pickup date and time, and a description of what you're shipping. Company names and contact emails are optional but recommended.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. A driver is then assigned to your pickup, you'll get pickup confirmation on the day, and you can track your shipment status anytime using your reference number.
